Telecommunications – The outline of the basic communication network, presented in conjunction with the basic energy distribution network, is projected in an underground course, accompanied by a network track – structuring track, connections and primary track – following the same criteria of not crossing the rivers beds. Assuming that, in a first phase, communications can be assured via GSM, it is necessary to foresee installation of pipelines intended for the future installation of appropriate cables, admitting different alternatives from coaxial cables to optical fiber cables.
